The Dubai Government Workshop (DGW) is showcasing its advanced customer centric smart services that enhance customer experience and ensure their satisfaction at GITEX Technology Week 2019. The exhibition is being held from October 6-10 at the Dubai World Trade Center.

Through its participation at GITEX 2019, DGW aims to create awareness among customers about its advanced e-Services supported by interactive features that reduce turnaround time, facilitate procedures and enhance the Workshop’s position as a leader in vehicle fleet management.

DGW is demonstrating a wide range of services at GITEX this year, including Smart Vehicle Inspection System, which accelerates vehicle inspection and minimizes human errors. The system uses hands-free audio system to achieve the highest quality standards in the inspection process and saves time and effort when employees enter the data on computers or mobile devices. Besides, the Workshop is also showcasing its new website that offers many e-Services that effectively address customers’ needs and facilitate their access to the Workshop’s services. These include the Electronic Auction System, which allows customers to participate in DGW’s auctions online.
