Customers can pay their bill online from anywhere by accessing their account through Mazoon Electricity’s e-channels. They can pay their electricity bills through mobile applications of companies such as ONEIC Bill & Pay, OIFC Khedmah or any self-service kiosks available at Mazoon Electricity, ONEIC or OIFC premises. Customers can also use the innovative Interactive Voice Response (IVR) payment system to pay their bills. The IVR system allows consumers to make an automated payment over the phone without interacting with a live person. Through the innovative service available via Mazoon Electricity’s call centre (80077771), customers can pay their pending bills over an exclusively customised and secure IVR system.

The company has urged its customers to activate Green Bill service to obtain electronic copy of their monthly bill via email registered with the company or by updating their data and providing the company with their latest email address.
